I couldn’t help but feel lucky as I stood below the new Ovation 52 in the Silverton plant in Millville, New Jersey. Just a few weeks before, I had a received a phone call asking if I was available to deliver hull #1 for its world debut in Fort Lauderdale. Now, here I was enjoying a private tour of the first launch from Ovation Yachts, Silverton Marine’s new high-end brand. My first impression was wow! As they say…this was not your father’s Silverton. ...
