Boston Whaler celebrates the past
While looking toward the future

Boston Whaler turns 50 this July, and what better way to ring in a big birthday than by celebrating its new flagship, the 345 Conquest, the biggest outboard-powered Whaler to date. The new Conquest debuted at the Miami International Boat show and marks a trend in Whaler’s desire to expand its product offering with bigger boats.

“To take this construction methodology that started out with a 13-footer and now extends all the way up to 34-and-a-half-feet is a major milestone for the company in general and definitely one for folks who have kept in touch with what Whaler’s been doing over the past 50 years,” says Lenn Sholz, Boston Whaler’s director of product development operations.

At the core of the 345CQ is its Unibond-constructed hull, which Whaler says renders this boat, like all of its builds. ...
