The fascinating thing about looking back is identifying connections and seeing what has changed and what has stayed the same, and who and what are the agents of change. Thirty five years is both an eon and the blink of an eye depending on the topic and your perspective. Since we have about equal numbers of our staff younger and older than 35, we like to think we have a balanced view.
