Tournaments and activities aplenty
As I write this, pump prices for diesel at service stations in my area are averaging $4.70 per gallon, and diesel at many marinas is already close to or over $5.50 per gallon. This time last year, diesel had just hit the $3.00 mark. That is one heck of a jump in one year for a fuel that moves practically everything in this country. Of course, recreational boating is only one area that will suffer, and fortunately this is the area we can most easily manage.
